Updating the App in Case of Technical Issues

The most common cause of technical difficulties in the app is an outdated app version. Please follow these steps to update the app.

How can I update the app?

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile phone.
  3. Reinstall the app by searching for SchoolFox, KidsFox, or TeamFox in your App Store.
  4. Log in to the app using your email and password combination.
  5. Clear the app's cache under "My Profile" > "Clear cache and log out". The cache can sometimes interfere with app functions.
  6. Check the functionality again afterward.
