New Email Address (Users)

You can change the registered email address at any time via "My Profile."

I still have access to the FoxEducation account.

1. Open the app.
2. In the class/group overview, click on the round icon to access your profile.
3. Enter a new email address under "My Profile."
4. Save your changes.
5. Open the inbox of your email address and validate the account.

I no longer have access to my account or my old email address.

Use the invitation code to create a new account with the desired email address. If the invitation code is already invalid, a class/group admin can disconnect the old connection for you.

1. The class/group admin disconnects the old email account as a user from the child.
2. The invitation code is then available again for a connection.
3. Now, create a new account with the desired email address.
