Invitation Code Invalid

Check the following points if your child's invitation code is invalid:

  • An invitation code consists only of lowercase letters and numbers. Did you enter the invitation code correctly?
  • The invitation code does not act as a password. Please log in to the app using your email and password combination.
  • The invitation code for a parent class/group allows two users to connect to the child's class/group and will be locked for a third registration.
  • Invitation codes for student classes can be used once for a connection and will be locked for further registrations afterward.

What can I do if the invitation code is invalid?

  1. Reset your password via "Having trouble logging in?" if the login attempt failed.
  2. Have a class/group admin check how many users are already connected to the child's class/group.
  3. The class/group admin can disconnect incorrectly linked accounts from the child so that the invitation code can be reactivated.
  4. Users already connected to the child via an invitation code can invite additional guardians.

How can I be invited as an additional connected user?

  1. A connected user opens the web version of the app.
  2. In the class, navigate to the "Settings" menu.
  3. Under "Access" select "Invite Relatives".
  4. The invited persons will receive an email with a connection code, which can be used for a connection/registration.
