With FoxPay, payments for planned class trips, learning materials, or excursions can now be easily managed through our apps.
- As a connected user, you will receive the payment request as a message and can access it in the inbox of the respective class/group.
- You can confirm the message as usual. The requested amount, along with the date and message, will be displayed directly.
- After confirming the message, select how you would like to transfer the money to the teacher/educator.
- For cash payments, hand over the amount in cash to the teacher/educator. For bank transfers, transfer the amount using a transaction to the institution's account.
- If you choose bank transfer as the payment method, you will be provided with the necessary information in the next step: account holder, IBAN, and payment reference.
- You can copy the details to your clipboard so that you can quickly enter them during the transaction using an online banking app.
- If you prefer not to manually enter the details, you can use the automatically generated QR code. Upload this code to your online bank, or take a photo of the QR code from another person's phone.
- When manually entering the details, make sure to include the correct payment reference in the transaction. Without the correct reference, your payment may not be recognized by the school.
- Your payment will be processed by the system the following night. If the payment reference matches, your child's amount will be marked as paid the next day.
- Once your amount has been marked as paid (either by transfer or cash), your payment is officially complete.
In case of overpayment or underpayment, you will receive a notification in the Activity Feed indicating that the payment amount is incorrect. In this case, please contact the supervising teacher/educator.
