# E-Mail Address Unknown

## If the account cannot be reactivated through a password reset link, you can register a new account with the desired email address using the invitation code.

### **Reactivate Account via Password Reset Link**

1. Open the app.
2. Click on **"Having trouble logging in?"**.
3. If your email address is registered in the database, you can send a password reset link. Try to recall the correct email address.
4. Open the inbox of the email address and set a new password.
5. **Log in** to the app using the email and password combination.

### **I can't remember the correct email address.**

> *Use the invitation code to create a new account with the desired email address. If the invitation code is already invalid, a class/group admin can disconnect the old connection for you.*

1. The class/group admin disconnects the old email account as a user from the child.
2. The invitation code is then available again for a connection.
3. Now, create a new account with the desired email address.
