If the account cannot be reactivated through a password reset link, you can register a new account with the desired email address using the invitation code.

Reactivate Account via Password Reset Link

1. Open the app.
2. Click on "Having trouble logging in?".
3. If your email address is registered in the database, you can send a password reset link. Try to recall the correct email address.
4. Open the inbox of the email address and set a new password.
5. Log in to the app using the email and password combination.

I can't remember the correct email address.

Use the invitation code to create a new account with the desired email address. If the invitation code is already invalid, a class/group admin can disconnect the old connection for you.

1. The class/group admin disconnects the old email account as a user from the child.
2. The invitation code is then available again for a connection.
3. Now, create a new account with the desired email address.
