Who can view my messages?

Chat messages are visible to all participants in the chat.
If additional participants are added to a chat, they will have access to previous messages and files.
Messages in classes/groups are only visible to the senders and recipients.
Teachers, educators, and group leaders have the option to grant colleagues of the same class/group access to view the message and its history. These colleagues act as "readers" and can be disclosed by the senders.
Messages in a class/group are visible to all connected users associated with a child.
If users are added later, they will have access to all previous messages and files in FoxDrive.
In chats, individual users can be selected by the institution's staff. These messages may not be visible to all connected users associated with a child.
