"Do we already know each other?"

If your email is already registered, you can reactivate access by using a password reset link.

During registration, the entered email addresses are compared with the existing email addresses in the database. If your email address is found in the database, you will receive the error message "Do we already know each other?".
  1. Open the app.
  2. Send a password reset link to your email address via "Having trouble logging in?".
  3. Use the email and password combination to log into the app.
  4. On the homepage, you can add your child's new invitation code via "Add Code" if the connection is not already listed.
